I beat all the work and have the ticket of the SS and the password for the process of loving and wanted to know how to get Entei and the rainbow wing in pokemon silver. I realized how you Rainbow Wing (conversation with an uncle in the town of tin), but I can not understand what to do now. I do not understand how to reach the city or tin weathervane city and wondered if anyone could plz help. thx in advance!

Pokemon Silver For Visualboyadvance What Do You Do After You Save The Power Plant In Pokemon Silver?

According to "save" the system is the radio tower in lavender town and talk to a man in a black suit and hat. There is a radio card for PokéGear.
After that, go to Vermillion City and move to the radio card at a PokeFlute melody.
Then go to the Snorlax east of the Vermilion City.
The Battle of Snorlax and catch or "Beat It", then enter the Diglett cave (the cave was Snorlax blocking).
Continue on foot to the other end of the cave.
Then cut and to the north and you're in Pewter City.
