USB to IDE Controller compatible with Windows VISTA? - prolific usb to bright
Compatibility issue between PL-2307 USB-IDE drive and Windows Vista:
I have one of the first (yellow) Buslink external hard drives are full of files. I have a new Dell Inspiron and Buslink tried plugging into the USB port on the Dell - the error message "Compatibility issue between PL-2307 USB-IDE drive and Windows Vista.
However, neither windows could still say more productive technology is that (other)-Use driver in order to solve their common problem imcompatibility ..
If someone had a simple solution, very grateful!
(Windows only sent dozens of pages of supporting companies, but not compatible with certain topics --
I know nothing of what is necessary)
