Fax Confidentiality Clause Example What Exactly Does The Term "confidentiality" Entail?

What exactly does the term "confidentiality" entail? - fax confidentiality clause example

If it means business and working a complaint against someone, for example, a supervisor or manager, and asked that his name be kept secret, what does that mean?
Is this your first name between him and the lady kept talking to? Or fax the complaint to the owners, who know who complained?
All that worries me is that the manager does not know the name of the person who filed the complaint.

Any help? Thank you.

You are in the privacy of the mark means that the person may make the report does not say his name, the person against whom the complaint is addressed, and if used without the consent of wanting to remain confidential, he said not to be identified .
Another example that works in the office of my local school and had a confidentiality agreement that the reports and things in the student file folders stored and if I see anything that should remain confidential and will never speak or talk sign with anyone.

I have no experience in corporate law, but I know that in some industries there is a difference between "confidential" and "anonymous." The difference is that "confidential" means that someone's name not be disclosed to unauthorized persons, but "anonymous" self-storing unique user name and other information and is not connected.
